  • There are so many benefits to a virtual assistant, it lets you lessen your workload without the overheads of hiring an employee. No national insurance, taxes , holiday and sick pay.

    • For all ad-hoc hours the turnaround time is 72 hours

    • For retainer hours the turnaround is 24 hours

  • By using a retainer package you are able to guarantee the hours you need are available to you. Ad-hoc hours are subject to availability.
    Retainer hours are also prioritised and the completed work will be returned to you much faster.

  • All time spent is logged using a timer app (Toggl) and is rounded up or down to the nearest 15 minutes.

  • With your time in mind most communication is through email, however calls can be scheduled.

  • We currently offer retainer packages starting from 5 hours a month to 30 hours a month. Can't see a retainer that works for you? Get in touch to discuss the perfect package for you and your business.
    Ad-hoc hours can be booked for a minimum of 2 hours with no further commitments (subject to availability)

  • Thank you, all enquiries are answered within 48 hours.
    After discussing what you need you will receive a small bundle of boring but legal things, these will include my terms of business, booking form and a deposit invoice. Once signed work can begin.
